ALTA/NSPS Land Title

ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are typically performed for due diligence in real estate transactions or development transactions. To complete an ALTA/NSPS Survey, the licensed surveyor must thoroughly understand and follow the revised standards as laid out in the minimum standard details. Rutzen Survey Services has many years of experience working with clients, lenders and attorneys in preparation of these ALTAs. An, ALTA survey requires a higher level of accuracy and detail than the standard boundary survey and we will be there to ensure those are met.
