Rutzen Survey Services, LLC was founded in 2018 and is a small privately owned and operated business located in central Wisconsin. We strive to provide professional and expert land surveying services throughout all of Wisconsin. The majority of work is performed in the central Wisconsin areas, including but not limited to Wausau, Stevens Point, Marshfield and Wisconsin Rapids. The owner and operator, Tim Rutzen is a Professional Licensed Land Surveyor in the State and has acquired a vast array of Survey knowledge throughout his 20 years in the profession. Tim specializes in many survey services including;, boundary, PLSS remonumentaion, topographic, land subdivision, Elevation certificates, LOMS’s, ALTA’s, construction staking, WisDOT right of way platting, Drafting consulting services & civil design plan development to just name a few.  As a small sole owned business, Tim wants to be able to provide land survey services as part of a one-on-one relationship feel and strongly feels that the personal attention he will add will speak for itself.

We feel passionate about quality and will always strive to deliver reliable, consistent, and accurate survey services efficiently to each and every client, by developing a relationship and familiarizing ourselves with their requirements and expectations.

As with any service whose requirements and expectations evolve, we collaborate with our clients to ensure they continue to receive the excellent services they have come to expect. Tim has years of creating, maintaining and implementing quality control standards in various land surveying processes over his years of working at several survey and engineering firms. He is confident in his ability to ensure that the high standard he brought to those firms will show through on each and every project he takes on.

We use the most current versions of drafting, mapping, and surveying software and equipment available to allow us to be efficient, yet deliver accurate, complete projects to our clients.
